Normally there will be an ICANN finance committee working group in Marrakech, at least that was announced last week by Xavier Calvez (CFO). During this meeting (which lasts often for about 3-4 hours) we have a full overview of ICANNs budget for 2017. I have been part of this WG last 2 years. I think Avri is also in this WG.
