Dear Konstantinos,

I thank the NCUC for turning this list over to the NCSG and for renaming it to indicate that fact.

Also while I personally beleive that all Stakeholder Group policy discussions _should_ occur on this list and that it is best for all if they do, it is understood that each constituency can also discuss its policy positions on its own publicly archived Constituency mailing list.

Again thanks to the NCUC for the renaming of the list.

a.

In support of this evolution in noncommercial representation at ICANN, the NCUC-NCSG-Discuss list will be renamed to the NCSG-Discuss list. This list will be used by members of the Noncommercial Stakeholders Group for policy discussions. All policy discussions, without any exemption, should take place within the newly established NCSG list and constituency chairs (with the assistance of their Executive committees) should ensure that this occurs.
