I see this as good news. The inorganic-related
VG/Micromass "leftovers" from the Fisons implosion
several years ago are now in the hands of someone who
should know how to care for and nurture them (IMO).
This is not meant as a criticism of the Micromass
folks. The products were just not a good strategic
fit for Waters and were never likely to get much
attention from the purse-holders there. Barring some
kind of business catastrophy, I would expect this to
be the last stop for these products.
