Dear List members
Thanks a lot for all your messages.. I am interested on the leaching step as I
do not want the lithogenic Sr to be mix with the autigenic (carbonate bund) Sr.
This in order to discriminate the Sr isotope composition signals from seawater,
diagenesis and detrital. I will contact all seprartely those who have offered
the different options to try to find out the best methods vs prices options.
All best and once again thanks for your help

Asunto: Major and minor elements microdrilled carbonate samples
Dear list members
I am trying to find a comercial lab within North America or Europe that can be
able to measure major and minor elements in carbonate samples of less than 1g.
These are carbonate samples from microdilled fossils that will be used for
diagenetic studies. I would be interested on analyses that can be done using
leaching steps (weak acids for leaching minor elements and strong acids for
Thanks in advance for your suggestions
