To All,
We have the HORIBA XGT-1000 ED X-Ray Fluorescence system intrument. It
has the vacuum mode for sample analysis – The switching between the two
modes takes just a few seconds. In Vacuum Mode , when t entire sample
chamber is subjected to vacuum conditions the S and Cl show up in material
ID spectra, but not as "Other Elements" (in the RoHS specta) under
atmospheric pressure.
Can anyone explain this?
Best regards,
