"I've treated a lot of HF burns. I would encourage y'all to remember to call the poison center 1-800-222-1222 for their protocol...that is pretty much standard of care in Georgia...or their emergent management.

The treatment was i.v. and topical calcium and magnesium for a significant exposure. I at least topically treated, and orally ingested, because I did not consider myself competent to phlebotomize myself with a Calcium- and Magnesium-containing saline solution.
