Check out Neytech/Dentsply muffle furnaces. Preiser Scientific carries them. They were made for doing dental work, but they do very well for general analytical work too. I have a 120 and a 240 model. You can get a programmable furnace also. Lot of coal labs use them.

Subject: 120 VAC muffle furnace
We have for years used a 0.5 cu. ft. muffle furnace from Barnstead Thermolyne that runs on 120 VAC. Barnstead (now Thermo Scientific) no longer makes a 120 VAC model at this capacity. I have not been able to find another vendor that does either. Is anyone aware of a manufacturer that makes this size or larger muffle furnace that runs on 120 VAC?
