I would recommend you to pay attention to "vacuum" and "temperature" of the
system. The pressure shoud be watched out for all the vacuum stages,
especially the detector and flight tube region. The sliding valve will
often give you a trouble. The temperature of magnet should also be
controlled all the time. In this case you probably need to control the
humidity as well. Depending on the instrument, sometimes you may have
very strong spiked peaks. In this case, you better check the groundings
of the interface flange.
