who had presided NCDNHC Bucharest .ORG consultation
meeting with .ORG registry bidders with success in 2002.

Feld's expertise in .ORG and willingness to work with PIR
registry to build Non-Commercial Community will contribute
to NCUC's good standing in the ICANN.
