There's a PIR advisory council meeting this weekend. The advisory council has been very positive about supporting the NCUC, but will no doubt ask for details of what's needed. It would be helpful if you could tell the advisory council what the constituency's financial needs are: a start would information about the current financial situation (how much, when, from who, how used), outline anticipated expenses, how the constituency would like to use funds PIR could provide, etc. Perhaps short term (e.g. make sure names council reps can get to this year's remaining ICANN meetings) and longer term about self-sustainablity? Harold, you'll find some notes about this in the PIR mailing list archive, around January 12/13 this year. Thanks, Adam --
