I¹ve been pretty much offline since the iGF consultation, changing offices
and such at work, so sorry for the slow response.  Thanks Milton for the
nomination.  I¹d be quite interested in doing this and will have the
requisite time and head space to devote to participating in the process,
drafting inputs, and so on.
