No, Karen, you didn't miss the answer, I was trying to find the answer. There isn't a complete answer yet. :-(
ICANN has agreed under the old GNSO structure to fund up to two people from each constituency. I am sure that they would continue at least this level of support, but what will happen when there are 6 NC SG councillors instead of 3 is anyone's guess. NCUC also has some funds of its own, which can and will go to support travel. But that whole situation is very uncertain.

If there is any confusion we can take the people in order of the number of votes they get and the top 2-3 can be assured of a seat while the others await news from the GNSO/staff/board machinations.
 
So we will need lots of volunteers and in my next message I intend to start nominating people. You should feel free to do so also.
