Subject: REMINDER:  New gTLD Q & A teleconference 26 November 2008 at 19:00 UTC

Dear All,

REMINDER

As agreed in Cairo, a question and answer teleconference on New gTLDs, with specific reference to completing module 3 and covering modules 4-6 is scheduled for Wednesday 26 November at 19:00 UTC

The call is open to all interested parties including Council and constituency members and any other interested parties up to a limit of the conference call system.  Participants will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis according to RSVPs received with the qualification that, if the conference call maximum limit is reached,   those who submit questions in advance will be given priority over those who simply want to listen.

Participants who submit questions for modules 3 through 6 in writing will be given speaking rights on the call.  Please note that the session will be transcribed and recorded so that those who are unable to participate can read or listen to the session afterwards.

Those who are unable to participate on the call are still encouraged to submit questions and efforts will be made by ICANN Staff to answer the questions during the session.

Questions should be organized by module and should identify the relevant section and page number in the guidebook.

Please submit questions as soon as possible to
([log in to unmask]).
Please organize your questions by module.

Please RSVP not later than Tuesday, 25 November to [log in to unmask]  to make sure that we have enough lines available.
