Reply-To: [log in to unmask]

Dear Community Members:

Roberto Gaetano, Chair of the Board's Structural Improvement Committee (SIC), has just asked me to forward this to the Non-Commercial groups.  The SIC's revisions to the proposed Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group charter are summarized below and attached in red-line form.

The SIC looks forward to discussing these with your group later today.

Regards,
Denise

Non-Commercial SG Charter

1)      The Structural Improvements Committee (SIC) directed Staff to re-draft the NCSG proposed Charter to align with the Board's GNSO restructuring principles.

2)     Section 5.0 relating to GNSO Council seat vacancies was left blank to be completed by NCSG propenents.

3)      Section 8.0 Appendix  reflects that the NCUC will fill 3 Council seats (in total) and the remaining 3 seats will be filled with temporary Board appointments with the expectation that additional Constituencies will be formed/approved and participate in filling future NCSG Council seats.  The transition period will be two years from the approval of the NCSG Charter.
