It is indeed pretty heavy, which is why I suggested doing the constituency stuff first.  Even so, if we are serious about filing something with the ombudsman etc, probably there won't be much time left to discuss the substantive policy issues.  My suggestion would be to triage and put just the most immediately pressing bits---IRT and registrants rights----at the front of the line, anything else we do if there's time.  FWIW I may have to leave early.
