At first I couldn't find mine either, but once I ran a search on my computer I found the email in my spam filter, so you may want to look in a spam filter (if you have one) to see if it is caught there.
and the subject line is "NCUC Elections".
Try to run a search on that criteria.
Let me know if you still haven't found the email with the link to vote after running that search.
