Hi Joly, Sorry to hear you've had problems in the past. It's been my experience that, in most cases, these problems are easily resolved with a little troubleshooting. There are few simple pages I would recommend visiting (or you can skip straight to step 2): 1. An overview of getting ready to use Elluminate. < http://elluminate.com/support/version_information.jsp> Here you can check to see that your equipment meets the minimum requirements < http://elluminate.com/support/min_requirements.jsp> or visit the knowledge base <http://elluminate.com/support-portal> if you have a specific question. 2. You should then test your machine to see if you have the latest version of Java installed <http://elluminate.com/support/>. Following this page, you will also have an opportunity to actually open a test Elluminate session, where you can configure your audio settings, etc. so you're ready to go the next time you join a meeting. Hope this helps, let me know. Best, --------------------------------------- Brenden Kuerbis Internet Governance Project http://internetgovernance.org PS.
