A draft Charter is expected to be approved by the Council at its meeting tomorrow, at which point a Working Group (WG) will be formed comprising volunteers from each Stakeholder Group. The GNSO PDP is a parallel process to work apparently also being done by ICANN staff to produce a model on vertical integration at around the same time.
