I am right now lurking with the Brazilian delegates in the GAC meeting,
since the ICANN organizers did not manage to adequately plan for a
decent room for the GNSO meetings -- so a lot of people are sitting
outside the room and, like me, listening to the audio stream.
Incidentally, here at the GAC there is plenty of space and empty chairs...

Prinz is now answering questions. I have just listened to yet another
pearl from Prinz. How ICANN will identify terrorists? Seriously -- as we
know, ICANN seems to be taking over what should be in the purview of
other agencies step by step. Kurt Prinz's pearl of an answer: "So.....
we will certainly contract the work of a specialized organization...".

With this staff, ICANN seems to be in really good hands...
