hi, I submitted 4, one being an amplification of another: Dealing with the incitement clause in MAPO Objections. Since the NCSG is taking a postion against MAPO in general and these are comments on a clause within MAPO, I do not expect NCSG endorsement 1. http://forum.icann.org/lists/4gtld-procedures/msg00003.html - add disability, secual oritentation and gener expression to incitement clasue 2. http://forum.icann.org/lists/4gtld-procedures/msg00005.html - add political or other opinion to incitement clause Dealing with the Objection procedure in general as a Denial of Service attack. This could be endorsed. 3. http://forum.icann.org/lists/4gtld-procedures/msg00004.html Calculation of community status. Not a political issue, but perhaps NCSG can endorse it based on the fact that many non commercial applicants could be asking for community priority in order to avoid facing a auction against deep corporate pocket. 4. http://forum.icann.org/lists/4gtld-contention/msg00006.html I recommend that someone create a list of all of them and see if we have rough consensus of the PC. Alternatively, someone could set up a doodle poll where each of the proposals can be voted for or against by the member of the policy committee - and I suppose anyone else that cares to voice their opinion. Those that get consensus of the PC get endorsement. BTW the current membership of the Policy-Committee is: 2 members per Constieucy/Interst Group - NCUC - Robin, Milton 1 observer per Candidate constituency/Interst-Group - Alex The 6 council members - Bill, Debbie, Mary, Rafik, Rosemary, Wendy NCSG-EC chair - Avri The PC does not have a chair yet, and i am ineligible per the charter we approved. As the comment period is over, I do not know how much time we have to get a endorsement comment in. a.
