Apologies if in the overstuffed state of my Inbox I missed this having already been forwarded to NCSG & NCUC members. Attached is an email calling for volunteers to help create concrete proposals for the GNSO in relation to moving forward with the recommendations from the Final Report by the Registration Abuse Policies (RAP) Working Group (the report was released at the end of May, presented to the Council and community at the Brussels meeting, and discussed by the Council in its last conference call on July 15). You can download the report from http://gnso.icann.org/ Volunteers are requested to send in their names by 23 July, and the group is expected to make an initial report at the next Council meeting on 5 August. BTW I may volunteer, though the timing couldn't be worse :( Thanks, Mary Mary W S Wong Professor of Law & Chair, Graduate IP Programs Franklin Pierce Law Center Two White Street Concord, NH 03301 USA Email: [log in to unmask] Phone: 1-603-513-5143 Webpage: http://www.piercelaw.edu/marywong/index.php Selected writings available on the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) at: http://ssrn.com/author=437584 Pierce Law | University of New Hampshire - An Innovative Partnership
