NCSG members from developing countries should consider applying for an ICANN fellowship to attend the Cartagena ICANN Meeting (#40) in December. Especially those members who are working in a working group or other GNSO policy matter.
Applications for the meeting in Cartagena will be accepted from now until 1200 PDT (UTC -7) on 1 September 2010.
