Thank you for your questions and interest in the proposed NPOC.  At last count we had a dozen detailed questions.  We are working on a Q&A document (after a long work day) that addresses each of these questions in turn.  Our hope is that the single document will provide a better insight into the NPOC than answering the questions piecemeal.  As many of the questions require detailed and thoughtful responses in order to be meaningful we greatly appreciate your patience as we develop this document.
