Often at meetings the local 'guest' Wi-Fi gets maxed out anyway and if one can't get ethernet  one has to rely on a telcom provider via dongle or similar. Thanks, Rudi for investigating.

It's very ironic that an ICANN event in an industrialised nation might not
have a (decent) Internet connection available for a significant meeting.
