While it's not an obligation to do so, I am happy to volunteer an SOI to the list based on the template - if that would be constructive and a welcome thing to do in the circumstances. Or anyone who's interested can visit my LinkedIn profile which I try to keep up to date: http://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=1110917&trk=tab_pro

But if the NCSG wanted to make filing an SOI a requirement, that would be interesting discussion. And I suppose the NCSG-EC could implement something specifically for the NCSG if they wished.  It would be relatively easy for someone to copy the template from the GNSO wiki space and start one in the NCSG wiki space.

Thanks, Maria and Avri,

of course it would be possible to fill in an administrative template and to keep the coordinator busy trying to monitor who filed one, and who not - and send reminders...

But it would probably not yield the information I have from being on the list, reading who writes what and when, saying why. This is where the NCUC and the NCSG had and have their lives. That is what I will be trying to follow also in future. - Well, if required, I will also file an SOI (which I had to do and did when I was a member of the Nominating Committee where it was important to disclose institutional interests when it comes to the selection, evaluation, and appointment of functionaries).

In NCSG, our different interests and goals and intentions have to be discussed continuously. That is how I understood and appreciated our fellowship evident on the list ever since I got involved.
