Buses operate from until 7pm from the ramada going to all the hotels
If someone wants to change into ball gown attire they can go to their hotel to change and come back to the Ramada to go to the gala.
5:00pm Ramada … gala buses start to be loaded and at 5:30 the first buses go to the Gala …. Buses keep going to Gala.
6:30 pm 2 buses take GAC to Gala … 1 bus at 7:00pm for the Board
Buses will return people to all of their hotels from the gala I think starting at 9:30
The National Academy of Sciences and its unit NIC Costa Rica have the pleasure to invite you to the Gala Dinner of the ICANN 43 Meeting. We will enjoy a memorable night in a Rain Forrest atmosphere that we will mood in the Montezuma Hall, at the Centro de Eventos Pedregal.

Dress Code: Semi-formal, tennis is not allowed
How to go: Bus transportation available starting at 5:00 pm from the Ramada Plaza Herradura Hotel on the north side of the Conference Center located at the Hotel entrance.
Do NOT FORGET your badge! (you will need your ICANN badge and the special badge invitation for the gala!)
