Well, that was a bit of a disaster. I was late to meet people (because of some HUGE event at my hotel - apparently some sportsman has won a world championship, tv cameras, police escorts etc), and when I got there you had all gone. So I figured I would get a taxi to CENAC, and that just took me to a big empty building with no music and no one else.

NCSG members & other civil society participants in Costa Rica tonight are invited to join local civil society members for dinner & drinks.

Plan is to meet after the Public Forum at 7pm at the Ramada's registration desk and then we go downtown to the National Culture Center (CENAC) where we can see great live music and we can go for dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Please join!

Hi there!

I“m coming with a new plan I think is very attractive. As you may know, tomorrow is the opening of the Festival Internacional de las Artes. This festival takes place once every two years here in Costa Rica. The opening will be down town, at the National Culture Center (CENAC), with Rodolphe Burguer, Dupuy V. and Berberian, French artists that will perform music and live design.

I think we can meet at 4 with APC members, have our meeting and wait for the ones going to the public forum at the desk at 7 pm, as proposed by Robin. We can go to CENAC for a while and we will be down town close to a nice pub, a good mediterranean restaurant, a delicious Turkish place, and a good amount of bars. What do you think?

See you tomorrow!
