I heartily second this nomination of Maria Farrell for GNSO Council.

Maria's been a dedicated and respected member of the ICANN community for many years - most recently as the noncommercial representative to the Nominating Committee and before that as a member of the staff.

In my view, NCSG would be fortunate to call Maria Farrell its GNSO Council Representative.

She recently ended 2 years of honorable service as the NCUC NOMCOM member.  She knows ICANN well, having been a well respected member of the staff for a number of years, before leaving her post.  Shorty after she left her role as staff, she joined the NCSG and has been an active member ever since.

I am sure that if elected she will serve the Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group extremely well.
