Everyone - for full disclosure, I should say that I am already on the Intersponsive Advisory Board (not as an NCSG or NCUC rep, but as an intellectual property academic advising on their model and standards.) I have looked at their response to ICANN's RFI and am pleased to confirm that it does, indeed, offer the URS service within the low cost boundaries first envisioned and without dropping or changing any of the substantive standards previously agreed on by the community.
