Hello all, This is a follow up on Evan's request a while ago, pre-Toronto - on the At Large White Paper on Making ICANN Relevant, Responsive & Respected (R3). A public comment period is now open through 3 January 2013. As many of the issues and recommendations in the paper are topics of concern to many NCSG members, I hope that a discussion on this list will help anyone planning to submit a public comment (perhaps on behalf of the members?) as well as furthering discussions on the topic between NCSG and At Large. A link to the White Paper and some background can be found at: http://www.icann.org/en/news/announcements/announcement-3-14dec12-en.htm Cheers Mary Mary W S Wong Professor of Law Director, Franklin Pierce Center for IP Chair, Graduate IP Programs UNIVERSITY OF NEW HAMPSHIRE SCHOOL OF LAW Two White Street Concord, NH 03301 USA Email: [log in to unmask] Phone: 1-603-513-5143 Webpage: http://www.law.unh.edu/marywong/index.php Selected writings available on the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) at: http://ssrn.com/author=437584
