Dear all, Generally speaking, it is obviously key to monitor aspects such as transparency and accountability. In my experience, I have observed that the more transparent an organization/government is, the more it tends to increase confidence in this particular organization/government. I would add that another aspect that particularly worries me is the fact that part of the recommendations of the first ATRT team have not yet been implemented by ICANN. Therefore I am hoping that, the future recommendations of the soon-to-be constituted ATRT 2 in addition to responding to the fulfillment of a contractual obligation, will be fully considered and implemented by the Board once issued. While I am still working on that theoretical answer, in a practical sense, I think that accountable and transparent Accountability and Transparency Reviews, are a key ingredient.
