Remmy, while I think some group work on this is an excellent idea in terms of thinking of good metrics etc, the AoC Review Teams are a process that works across the whole of ICANN and there are fairly set procedures, and very much assume individual applicants. The GNSO applicants (including NCSGs) will be very much nominated on a fairly politically determined process. We should settle on a single first choice applicant. The theoretical possibility of a second applicant going through on diversity grounds exist, but last time the CPH blocked this - apparently they feel diversity is a issue that the GNSO doesn't need to help solve.

Regards

David
