Dear All,

With the goal of producing its final recommendations by 31 December 2013, the Second Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT 2), mandated by paragraph 9.1 of the Affirmation of Commitments (AoC), now seeks the Community's reactions to its Draft Report & Recommendations to inform its final report. 

 

The ATRT2 developed its draft recommendations and report based on the analysis and assessment it conducted throughout the past six months and in light of a variety of sessions and exchanges it held with the ICANN Community, Board and staff. 

The ATRT 2 invites the Community to react to its draft recommendations and welcomes any additional feedback – see public comment period: http://www.icann.org/en/news/public-comment/atrt2-recommendations-21oct13-en.htm. Comments – to be submitted to  [log in to unmask] - will be received by 22 November – 23:59 UTC, followed by a reply comment period scheduled to end on 13 December 2013. 

 

Please note that the ATRT2 will meet with a number of groups in Buenos Aires to collect feedback.
