Hi Bill, hi all, Research ICT Africa submitted the idea on leveraging the IGF as an external forum that the ICANN could use for multistakeholder consultation. The idea has been submitted by Alison Gillwald who is sitting in the strategic panel on ICANN multistakeholder innovation. I agree that civil society views should be taken into account so I'm happy to further discuss this idea or to work on similar proposals.
