Regarding activities, it is shared through this mailing list with the announcements about new working groups so members can volunteer, open public comments so as group we can send our statement in addition to relevant discussions
We have a monthly call open to all membership where we cover the agenda for GNSO council and several motion to be voted, getting updates about the working group activities, following-up for public comments or any about new panels or ICANN activities and any other business .
We will have a call this month and it is definitely an opportunity for new members to get familiar with the ongoing activities.
Moreover, the wikispace include several information about meetings, election , working group participation, the NCSG committees etc.
In addition to that, we have the ICANN meetings which need some preparation because we have our own sessions there to discuss policy and set actions plan. we will start soon preparing for Singapore meeting and all information will be shared with members to get their inputs.
For sure, we can improve the process of reporting and on how to keep members updated in addition to be clear about future actions/challenges and any plan.
Any feedback and suggestion on those matters are welcomed and members are encouraged to share their vision and expectations from NCSG.
