Milton, do you accept the nomination?

As I've just told the NCSG Policy Committee list, we have two candidates
(assuming each accepts); Milton Mueller and Sam Lanfranco. This means we
have a contested process. It's the NCSG PC's job to make the selection, so
I am going to consult with my alternate Chair, Rudi, on how to move forward
procedurally.

Are there any further nominations? I'll close off the acceptance of new
nominations in 1 hour, i.e. at 1500 local time in London.
