Attached is the working draft of the cross community reconsideration request regarding the staff's decision to impose a staff developed accountability plan that did not take community concerns adequately into account in its formulation and did not allow for a public comment period on the staff's plan before its adoption. So the several stakeholder groups and constituencies filing it are asking the board to look at that decision and explain it and also hopefully we can get some amendments to the process going forward. Holding staff to a higher standard for its actions is something the community should have done long ago and the RR process is designed to improve the overall decision making process in this way.

In addition to asking the board to look at the decision with the RR, we should constructively participate in the process which is already underway and begin to prepare our inputs and strategies so we can be effective in our engagement moving forward. Thank you!
