I also agree that staff are good people. However I believe what most is
concerned about is getting staff in a bottom-up manner. I will be surprised
if someone is accusing the person of individual staff but rather it's more
of questioning their act (which they may have done in all honesty and in
the interest of making progress).
If indeed ICANN is trying to be bottom-up as much as possible then it has
to been evident through it's actions
