Are you asking for our comment or endorsement. I don't think it's appropriate for you to determine the condition for comment neither is it appropriate to outrightly say the charter is fine.

The IANA stewardship transition coordination group is asking for comments if you think there is something seriously wrong with the draft charter.
I think the charter is fine as it stands, and am particularly happy with the accountability language, so if you want to comment approvingly that is great too.

There is a very short timeline for comment, due to the fact that the draft has been circulating for 3 weeks already, so if you want to comment do it quick.
