Yes. In particular, merging the databases would, I think, be beneficial regardless of the other, let's say political considerations. Note that even with a single database it would be easy to have distinct views for different uses, members listings for different constituencies could appear as different as desired (even in different websites), but a common back end would ensure consistency and avoid duplicate work (members would not have to notify constituencies and NCSG separately of address changes, for example). -- Tapani Tarvainen
