He is an Internet Governance Reform Fellow at Access ( accessnow.org ) and an affiliate at the Internet Policy Observatory (IPO) (created by the Center for Global Communication Studies at the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania) He is a previous attendee at IGF at both the global and African regional level and more recently in Istanbul, he has engaged assertively as a panelist on Developing countries participation in global IG, Youth and Net Neutrality issues in developing countries. In addition, he is a fellow of the African School on Internet Governance in South Africa (run by APC and NEPAD).
