Hi Stephanie,

I will be really happy if people jump and volunteer to do work when I share announcement or task in the list. And I can promise that I will follow-up  with them :)

Most of information are in the wikispace. However. I am working with the new admin support to improve it and make it more user friendly and accessible. Expect some changes in the coming weeks.
We are also working on using calendar to track important dates and milestones.
Finally, any contribution, concrete  suggestion or help is welcome.

I agree that we need to do that Nuno, and I would welcome all suggestions about how to achieve that goal.  It is hard because we are all so busy in NCSG, what could be the best, most economical (in terms of time and information overload) to do this?  I think we need a running roster of all the work activities somewhere easy to access...I know that I lose track of the three working groups I am on, and I certainly lost track of the comment periods open

Anyway, ideas most welcome!  I think we are all committed to getting folks more involved, and building a dynamic constituency in these busy times.
Stephanie.

Congratulations to all the participants!

I ask you now to build a stronger relation between GNSO and our community, and in that process, help all of us to build a larger, more diverse and more inclusive community.

Warm regards,

Nuno

Dear NCSG Members:

The NCSG annual election results are back and attached to this email.

Congrats to the NCSG's 4 elected GNSO Councilors: Stephanie Perrin (2 years term), David Cake (2 years term), Edward Morris (2 years term) and Marilia Maciel (1 year term). I am also re-elected for 1 year-term as NCSG chair.

A deep thanks to the other candidates, the nominators, and everyone who checked-in, voted in the election.  And also we couldn't have held the election without the tireless assistance of Glen de Saint Gery from ICANN staff. Special thanks to our departing councillors for their work and representing NCSG within the GNSO council: Klaus Stoll, Maria Farell and Magaly Pazello .

The term for these positions begins at the conclusion of the ICANN meeting in Los Angeles (17 October).

Voters can check their individual ballot ID against the list of votes cast (attached) to verify that their vote was counted correctly.

Finally, all election details are summarized in this page https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Elections-2014

Best Regards,

Rafik Dammak
