SORRY Bill
Just a little disagreement here, how will the Internet be discussed
nowadays without it affecting the populace. We cannot be thinking of
inclusive forums like IGF on one hand and there is exclusion already with
the likes of exclusive forum as NetMundial if you ask me.

But in reality, how successful will that be eventually?
