Welcome to the new members.
Would be nice to have some sort of (self)introduction of the new members.
I think a first introduction to many of the currently active members can
be found in their online Statements of Interest (SOI)

I will be happy to help with webinars and whatever to help get the new
members who wish to be active, up to speed.
