Hi,

She is trying to work on how to communicate and message better the several announcements and info we got in regular basis to avoid overload but also to reach better members. Sharing such video can be understood as possible source of information about the IANA stewardship transition same like the update made by ICANN staff I shared yesterday. I don't see any malign intention here.

we are trying to find out what is the best approach to inform members: summarising announcements, formatting them much better to highlights the important parts,  giving better  context and background to explain why the topic is important etc. we are also tweaking and refine the messaging case by case, learning from the experiences we are having .

let's focus.

Best,

Rafik

Hi,

I very much disagree.  It is her job to relay to the list any and all
posted information that might be of interest to the SG.  It is not her
job to decide whether something is or is not propaganda - to some extent
it is all propoganda-ish.

I am grateful to her for having sent us the information.
