Dear new members

welcome to you all! It is great to have the EFF joining us, we definitely need you guys!, and to see new, young individual members like Masha joining us with fresh energies.

Advocating on behalf of civil society and internet users within ICANN is a complex, multifaceted process that needs the energies of us all, so there is literally space for each and everyone to become active in the myriad of issues we deal with as NCUC/NCSG.

It might be daunting to find your way around, and it might indeed take a while for you to identify your preference/spot and a way to contribute to the process. But don't hesitate to ask questions (people are eager to explain and share)--there is no stupid question when it comes to understanding the complexity of the ICANN ecosystem.

Let me remind you that NCUC has a (new) members' blog (http://www.ncuc.org/members-blog/) where we aim at showcasing members' material (as far as it relates to ICANN and IG of course), and we re-publish relevant blog posts and reports. Please contact Bill Drake or myself if you have something to contribute.

Again, welcome!
Stefania

Hi everyone,

We are very glad to take part of this group.

I'd like to link a short video (2min) which summarizes the work we are
doing here in Argentina. It's translated to many languages, just turn
subtitles on:
