+1 to James's nomination. It can be really challenging to chair as a
newcomer irrespective of the platform. It can be more tasking to do that
within any ICANN structure (perhaps with SSAC as an exception).

However I think James came in at a time when learning about ICANN structure
can happen at a fast track level so I hope that would be sufficient enough
for him to lead.

Wish him all the best if finally elected to the position. I assume this
nomination has been crosschecked with the James.
