Personally I would gladly welcome GAC to SMM if indeed GAC would want to
use it (they have been provisioned for in the proposal anyway). In my
opinion the SMM powers is to keep the overall ICANN accountable and so its
existing structures should be welcome to participate on equal footing as
much as possible.
