Dear NSGC members and friends

It is a great pleasure to have been elected (although with no competitors, which makes it less fun!) to serve in the GNSO Council on behalf of our community. 

I happily and humbly to accept the task, well aware that I have much learning ahead of me.

I am happy to work alongside with two returning Councilors like Amr and Marilia (congrats both!), and to join Stephanie, Ed and David, conscious that they will mentor and help me. I count on Avri, who has done so much to be impossible to replace. And I am sure I can count on the community as a whole, the "historical" leadership and all the members from across the world. I need your help and advice, and I am ready to listen to your ideas to make sure I represent you all to the best of my possibilities. 

Congrats to Tapani, who has been working in the background for so many years, and that now we will finally see a bit more on the foreground!

Finally, thanks to James, who has joined the community rather recently, but dived into all the main struggles with dedication and enthusiasm. We need people like you!
