Hi Everyone,

The presentation slides from today's NCSG webinar, and a list of events prepared by the At Large North America RALO attached.

About the slides:  The first 5 slides are based on a standard set ICANN uses, although the text in red on #5 is my addition.  I included them to give an idea of how we might present civil society in ICANN and represent NSCG, NCUC, NPOC and At Large.

Slides #6 and #7 are intended to give an idea of how we might break-out civil society.  None of the relationships shown on the previous slides change. The GNSO and At Large roles in policy development and advice are unchanged.

Welcome your thoughts on what should be included in the slides?  Do we need to have slides to explain each group? And we will discuss with XPLANE, experts in capturing ideas in graphic format.

The words on #7 are taken from existing texts (some editorial for length), again as examples. Some good points made on the call about how people find it difficult to distinguish between At Large, NCSG (NPOC/NCUC), can we use these slides to do that?  The challenge will be to keep the text boxes short.  Links at the end of the presentation can allow people to go deeper.

Slide 8 and 9 are related to sections from the google doc on "Tailored content and communications" and "Engagement activities" https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tLfHfPcxeZUumwoP3eZdbRLRE-CEwJKv0uMXZO15kIo/edit?pli=1.  Based on conversations I've had with many people over the past couple of months I've added examples of the types of content and communications we might develop. Staff, including comms support, is here to support you in this.

Welcome your comments and questions.  I will update the google doc shortly and share the new version so we can continue developing the text.

Warm regards,

Adam
